This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Neko Sagashi ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is a spot-the-difference puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.

The App uses third-party services that may collect certain information to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and notifications, as described below.

Information collected by third-party services

We do not operate our own servers that collect your personal data. Instead, the App integrates the following third-party SDKs, which may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (advertising). Displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. It may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier — IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), IP address, general location derived from IP, device information, and ad-interaction data in order to serve and measure ads, including personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent.
Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics). Collects app-usage events, a randomly generated app-instance identifier, and device information to help us understand how the App is used and improve it.
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting). Collects crash logs, diagnostic information, and device state at the time of a crash so we can fix stability issues.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications). Uses a device registration token to deliver push notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Advertising and your choices

iOS – App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, the App asks for your permission before tracking using the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
EEA, UK & Switzerland. Where required, we use Google's consent management (UMP) to ask for your consent before serving personalized ads. You can review or change your choices from within the App's consent dialog.
Android. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads.

How information is used

To display and measure advertisements within the App.
To analyze app usage and improve features and content.
To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
To deliver optional push notifications.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information collected by the third-party SDKs above is processed by those providers (Google) as independent controllers or as our processors, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Data retention

Data collected by the third-party services is retained according to those providers' policies. Analytics and crash data are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the App.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your rights

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not directly collect identifying information, requests are typically handled through the device-level and provider-level controls described above.
